Regarding the contract dispute, the lawsuit was settled without any monetary or other damages being paid out by either party. It was announced that Dave Mirra would continue his contract with Acclaim until 2011, and that Acclaim is currently working on a brand new Dave Mirra BMX title for all next generation systems.
