As has been reported, Nintendo showed off approximately 20 to 30 different tech demos for the Nintendo DS. Most of the demos are quite early and fairly short in length, but this was done on purpose so developers and press could quickly see different ideas for the dual screens. One of the better demos at E3 was an air hockey game.

The air hockey table is spread across both screens. The top screen is the goal of your opponent and the bottom screen is your goal. To hit the puck you simply use the touch screen to hit it toward your opponent's goal. Nintendo provided a stylus to make the game pin-point accurate. While simple in design and approach, the game is extremely addicting and one of the favorites at the booth. It's doubtful this game will be released on its own, but perhaps Nintendo has plans for a compilation pack of games or maybe they'll throw it in as a pack-in?
