Time Crisis: Crisis Zone made its debut today at E3 and had tons of players doubled gun-ed and shooting up a storm. The graphical upgrade and non-stop action looks to be a decent Guncon hit this fall.

Players were able to choose from a few areas to fight in. In one section of the demo, players headed through a shopping mall area where books, windows, displays, cds, and of course soldiers, could be obliterated with a barrage of constant machine gun bullets. The environment interaction is fantastic with pieces of backdrop flying everywhere. The GunCon2 trigger can be held down for a constant stream of bullets, but players still need to duck to reload.

The visuals received a hefty upgrade since its last incarnation in arcades. The textures have been pumped up to Time Crisis 3 quality, and retains the quick and smooth 60 fps. As usual the enemies can be quick to fire, so it's not the breeze to walk through.

Look for Time Crisis: Crisis Zone to hit stores later this year.
