At the recent E3, Acclaim announced that their 3rd installment of the successful Dave Mirra BMX series was undergoing a bit of a change. Now simply entitled BMX XXX, the game, described by Acclaim as a "lifestyle action sports game ", looks to delve a bit deeper into the BMX freestyle culture than simply riding around, doing tricks. As you can tell from the title, BMX XXX will be featuring quite a bit of mature content, and Acclaim certainly isn't playing down that fact at all. Expect content suitable for gamers 17+ years old and over, including mature humor, nudity (topless girls riding bikes?), language, and more. Oh yeah, BMX XXX will actually have some sort of game included as well. The game will contain 8 huge, fully-interactive levels, 2000+ tricks and a Create-a-Rider and Park Editor feature. Besides the PlayStation 2, both Xbox and GameCube versions are also in the works.
