Pac-Man is back in a small freebie title – Pac-Man vs. The game demonstrated the connectivity between GameCube and Game Boy Advance at the past E3. One player uses the GBA to play as Pac-Man, while up to three other players play as ghosts with the GameCube. The Pac-Man player will be able to see the whole maze field, while ghosts will view a partial portion of the maze on TV. There will be six stages total in the final game.
The title is a fun, gimmick-like way to link the GC and GBA. Players won't even have to spring money for the title. Pac-Man vs. will be bundled in GC versions of Namco's R: Racing Evolution, Pac-Man World 2 Player's Choice, and be a free gift with purchase of I-Ninja.
