Atlus announced today that they’ve updated the roster for The King of Fighters XIII with the addition of two new characters. One is Mr. Karate, the other NESTS style Kyo. Both characters go for 400 points on Xbox Live, while PSN users get a discounted rate for Kyo at $2.99, with Mr. Karate priced at $4.99.
The press release also mentions that KOF XIII is officially involved in renowned fighting tournament EVO for 2012, which is pretty awesome news for KOF fans out there.

Recently revealed as an official Evo Championship Series 2012 title, KOF XIII has been showered with acclaim since its release, even being hailed as the Best Fighting Game of 2011 by GameSpot.
